Ex Libris has produced a new white paper which explores the particular characteristics of and challenges faced by students entering higher education whose prior educational experience was disrupted by the Covid pandemic. Based on a webinar conducted earlier this year which included discussions between university librarians and user experience researchers from Clarivate the paper explores how to improve library engagement, discovery and resource delivery.
